of training! All directors and staff must be
trained and knowledgeable of Texas Minimum
Standards. Labor Laws require staff members
training must be paid for by owner of the center
and if sent to workshops, center owners must
compensate staff for hours in addition to cost of
the program. Why send your staff away for
training with such high costs. Get them the KAMS
Training Booklets for their 15 hours required for
only per person.
